Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the item and communicated by email, inf.bohome@gmail.com.

All labels must be kept and the piece cannot reveal marks of use, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, it is up to us to collect the part for exchange and deliver the new part. 

We do not offer free returns at sales times, you will receive a refund of the value of your purchase without shipping costs included, once the parts have been returned in their original condition.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for sending the part he wants to return to our facilities.
