Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item and communicated by email online@bohome.pt. 

All labels must be kept and the piece cannot reveal usage marks, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, it is up to us to collect the part for exchange and deliver the new part. In case of return, it is up to the customer to send the part he wants to return to our facilities.

In case of return in times of sale, you will receive a refund of the value of your purchase less shipping costs (5€). Refunds may take 3/4 working days after receiving the item.
